Four Times Over, twin sisters and all round musicians.

 

They started playing music at the age of four. Jess grabbed an organ and Cat a drumkit. Coming from a musical family that is no surprise at all. They’ve been the choreographer for a group of dancers throughout their teens. Have been in several bands throughout their lives. They even did some fashion modelling on the runway and both have a classical upbringing when it comes down to music.

 

They both write songs (music and lyrics) varying from ballads to rock, blues to reggae, jazz to Latin and anything in between. And both the girls have had singing lessons from Elly Verhagen (an opera singer). It was only there where they found out their vocal chords reached over 5 octaves!

 

Jess has had classical piano lessons and the music of Bach, Czerny and Beethoven were one of her favourites to play. Jess plays piano, keyboards/synths, percussion and a bit of guitar.

 

Cat has had classical guitar lessons, followed by Spanish guitar studies. Cat plays guitar, bass guitar, keyboards, drums, flute, harmonica and percussion.
